Klengstua

Klengstua is one of the buildings at the old forester farm at Storjord in Saltdal. The farm is idyllically located at the river meeting between Junkerdalriver and Lønsriver, with possibilities for fishing both salmon- and sea trout and many exciting hiking opportunities.

From the farm there are hiking trails and small paths to Junkerdalsura with its distinctive and rare flora, to Storjord mountain with an open small cabin where you can make a cup of coffee before going back on the track. Nearby you will also find Saltfjell-Svartisen, Storjord Arboretum (wood collection) and many exciting cultural monuments.
